The Pilot Batch
Jan – Feb 2023, Sarvhitay announced nominations (no fee, no criteria for entry) for Team Building Workshop. This workshop is an abstraction of the experience we all have collected from over 2.5 decades of work with people, teams,s and organizations.
Team Building Workshop, covers 8 topics and is required to invest 16 hours (4 sessions) of time by each participant. 90 % of time spent on live activities to understand & experience the concepts.
The final session is a project session executed by participants. Each participant identified their own areas using the principle of design thinking and did one experiment. We got a total of 8 participants who crossed all activities of live sessions + projects + 1-to-1 discussion.
These 8 finishers of the Team Building Workshop are jointly named “AshtaSiddhi” (Ashta – Eight, Siddhi- Attainment). For any product first uses are extremely important to get confidence and clarity and feedback to improve it.
Sarvhitay family, simply moved to 8x by our AshtaSiddhi bringing their insights to the workshop. Sarvhitay team thank them and will remain in their debt forever.
