Hi, I am Gourav, I am a Testing architect from a knowledge point of view, A Problem Solver from a design thinking point of view, and a teacher from point of view of my juniors. I feel with this unique trilogy of Testing - Design Thinking and Teaching I make an effective contribution to my project and wish to continue progression ahead.
I have always felt like taking teaching as a profession as the feedback and experience I get for work always add up to my skills and Personality. Making someone believe in you without any prejudices can come up only in a student-teacher Relationship.

The ball passing game
The ball passing game is what I still remember and I couldn't believe that I would do that with people whom I didn't know that well. The workshop has definitely taught me that once you are open for connection it really builds up.
The Final Project
Design Thinking Experiment
Summary of my final project:
I tried to create a minimal spark among participants on how to approach a design problem in general irrespective of what is to be designed.Tried to convey the three basic steps Empathize Experiment and Innovate of design thinking.
My learning from preparation of the project:
1. Observing things around me to explain a design concept.
2. It’s been a long time since I have presented something totally from my perspective without fear of being judged.
Advice for future attendees of the workshop:
Come up with a really blank and fully aware mind. Would like to mention the quote: When the student is ready the teacher appears.
Feedback and critical opinion do play an important role while analyzing a product but the workshop would yield better results if one approaches it with the mindset of a student.
Thoughts before registration for workshop:
I want to understand the basics of project management in the perspective of a team member rather than a lead. Curious to learn insights on what the journey of individual contributors look like for them to evolve as leaders.
