My Poem

(Joy is mine,
Sorrow as well,
Desires are mine,
Tears as well,
That which irritate my eyes,
Those pieces of dreams are also mine,
Wounds are mine,
And pain as well,
Scars which they have left,
Are mine as well.

My Experience of

Team Building Workshop

5/5

It's not that easy to pen down everything in a single answer, still lets give it a try Experience: It was a quite new type of workshop for me for the obvious reasons that in my routine life I'm always surrounded by medicos. Key learning: How Association works, How powerful Observation can be and A totally new way of how to involve the audience while conducting a lecture.

Favorite Topic

All Tools

While teaching in my regular MBBS/MD classes/seminar I am using almost all the tools learnt from the workshop to increase interaction, and got a feedback that "Sir ! in your class we feel more involved"

The Final Project

Organ Donation Awareness

Summary of my final project:

I asked all the participants that I’m going to conduct a biology test .. except me all were engineers so it was going to be fun… firstly I asked them to draw figures of a human being, then I asked each one to put one organ inside that, and once this was complete I asked them… Do you know how many lives could be saved if we could harvest these organs ?? Then I explained them the concept of brain death and organ donation,

My learning from preparation of the project:

I learnt how to evolve the audience even if they don’t know the topic. How we could be creative and make learning fun even if the topic is boring or serious.

Advice for future attendees of the workshop:

As this is highly interactive workshop, Fix one nice place with a good quality camera, background and high speed internet to attend the workshop. Also try to keep yourself free of distraction, so that you can get maximum output.

Thoughts before registration for workshop:

I am curious to know, understand and participate in what Vaibhav Sir is going to do through this workshop.
